Happy 2016! Welcome to a New Year!

Hello Everyone,

Welcome to a Brand New Year 2016. Cheers to everyone! I just came from a great party celebration. I saw many people that I have not seen in a while, also new faces. I became friends with a couple of people and we will definitely be keeping in touch and communicating. It definitely was great to go out this year. I had not gone out to a party for 3 years now outside the house. This year, I wanted to go out and let loose, enjoy and welcome a new year amongst many people.

I saw some of my fans and those who follow me and my blog as well as people who came up to me and said, that my face looks familiar. I guess because of my blog site and that my picture is everywhere lol. It felt great, and especially people coming and giving compliments in front of my parents. I love to write a lot and I assured them today that I will continue on with my passion in 2016 and that this year, I have fresh new articles coming your way, and I am going to strive to write every day. If not every day at least, 4-5 times a week. I am going to make it a mission to keep writing and reach for the stars day by day.

I look forward to this new adventure. Thank you to my family, friends and fans.

Thank you to those who have been with me through this journey and I look forward to 2016 with you and others who will be joining me. Blessings to all and have a fabulous 2016.

Love,

Talin Orfali

Heading To Armenia Summer 2013!

I know that my trip to Armenia is a year away, but I have a lot of time in between to prepare my trip to Armenia. I have been to Armenia before but this time I am going for a whole month. There is this Canadian Youth Mission To Armenia which is CYMA, and they go and help out in renovations and community service for a village in Armenia, and you stay with your host family and eat, and be in their lifestyle and as well as touring Armenia. I am excited to go back to Armenia after so many years. I plan to also go for my 30th birthday in 2015 and at the same time I will be there for the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide Commemoration at the Armenian Genocide Memorial on April 24, God willing everything goes well until then, but it is good to plan from now and save save save and put money aside until it comes time to booking myself on that trip. I feel so good to go and serve my country and people and just being in Armenia is what is so incredibly awesome. You won’t know until you land on Armenia’s soil. A different feeling comes to you and you feel so blessed being on Armenia’s soil itself. I am so excited, I want to count the days, but It will just make me go crazier. Well, I have a year to prepare, with type of clothing to bring, toiletries, and among other things. I love packing for trips, and I love going away all the time. I cannot stay still.  Yay to Armenia!!! See you soon my motherland!

Canadian Youth Mission To Armenia – CYMA 2012

Annually in the summertime for a month Armenian youth from all over Canada participate and volunteer their time into going to Armenia to help build churches, schools, and help villages as well as touring Armenia in that period of time, that the youth are there. The Youth stay with their registered families during that time and experience Armenia at its finest with staying in the village, eating together, and the whole ambiance which makes the CYMA Journey a lot more fulfilling and uplifting. This year CYMA 2012 Will take place from July 3 to August 3, 2012 and anyone from across the world can participate in this incredible opportunity to Visit Our Motherland Armenia, give back to the community, make new friends, become part of the CYMA Family, experience something so incredible in life that you will never forget. Last year the Youth worked on to renovate a school in Geghadir (GEH-GHA-DEER) and this year we will continue to renovate the classrooms of the same school.

One of our leaders Bedros Kokorian has always been part of CYMA Since the beginning in 1992. This year as the 20th anniversary, it marks an important milestone of 2 decades of continuous dedication to rebuilding, renovating and making Armenia’s villages beautiful than it already is. Armenia’s true beauty and everything else in between. We strongly encourage the Armenian Youth to join, to participate. You can truly make a difference in Armenia and for the Armenian community of the world. It is not too late to join and book yourself in.
