Facing Racism in Today’s Society – CBC Marketplace

‪#‎Faceracism‬ http://www.cbc.ca/marketplace

CBC Marketplace is a great show that airs in Canada which makes people aware about so many things, to put things into perspective. They address very important issues to raise awareness about, consumer reports on how unfair things are, how people do not get treated with respect. It also uncovers wrong-doings in businesses, protects Canadians, making people aware of misleading marketing, scams, products, services that are rendered. Marketplace goes out there to combat those issues, to get the word out and to raise awareness for the safety and security of people’s well-being.

Also to protect yourself on what really is in your cheap fashion custom made jewelry that you purchase in big box stores and retail chains. So much more. Anyway, this topic of racism has been going on for a long time and it needs to stop. So, Marketplace went out there to experiment this and the outcome is shocking.

A few nights ago the show was about racism and how people are discriminated against by what the media feeds us in our news. It is so wrong to be racists and stereotype people. They also get rude and terrible comments made to them because of colour, ethnic pieces of clothing they wear, their cultural names, their looks.

Also, what is wrong is that when people apply for employment, the employer and company looks for a person’s name instead of their skills and qualities on their resumes. They did a study that majority of people with Canadian and White names such as Smith, got the positions, got calls for interviews, whereas people with ethnic names, got the shaft and did not get called. The employer might be racist or they do not know how to pronounce a person’s name correctly, so they get intimidated and so they do not want to deal with mispronunciation. That could also be the factor.

So, they went out to the streets to put 1 actor like she is a Syrian refugee raising money for the people that come to Canada, so they put another actor that is supposed to act racist, saying all these stereotypical racist stuff saying you all are terrorists, what are you going to buy bombs and guns with that money? Go back to where you came from. Some other people also stopped and said I will call the police if you do not leave her alone and do not stop with these crazy racist comments made toward her.

Some people were not racist who were walking by her and gave her money, whereas most of them walking by were and this is alarming and it needs to be stopped.

It is wrong to treat people this way. Be kind to one another and let’s put racism out the window and welcome people no matter what culture and race they belong to. Being prejudice is absolutely terrible.

There will always be bad ones in any culture, but let’s not discriminate and believe that every person is bad in that race. Ignorance and pointing fingers is not only terrible but it can hurt and words do hurt also actions too.

The media is also a big factor on how people are treated. The way the media portrays a group of people lead us to believe that each person in that culture or race is terrible and we should all stay away. They think each person who is from the Middle East is dangerous, that they are always thinking about terrorism, guns, and everything like that, suicide bombing and everything.

People in the middle east always have a bad reputation. Some people are so rude it baffles me. Not everyone is like that. Put yourselves in their shoes. They wake up not being certain about tomorrow, there are bombs and missiles above their heads, there are guns and bloodshed at every corner. They are not promised a tomorrow and that is very terrible. They come to Canada thinking it is peaceful and that they do not have to worry about waking up with bombs, explosions and guns going off.

Well, racism is worse than any bombs, explosions and guns itself. It hurts a lot more than people realize. Being stereotyped and being treated unfairly due to what the media news people feed us society is so unfair and bias.

Also, people from Africa and West Indian countries also get called terrible names. Racial slurs that are so terrible. People automatically think all these people carry so many diseases and once again with how the media portrays these people. We have great people in this world, however; the way the news gives us all this information makes people believe otherwise.

Media is a huge culprit in today’s society and it influences many people and the choices they make also about treating people with respect and dignity, to leave ignorance at the door, to be welcoming to people. What if tables were turned and someone did that to you or others you care about? Would not be a great feeling at all. Think about it. Stop racism and accept and be kind to one another.

Have you been through a situation where someone is racist to you?

Have you witnessed it happen?

A Writers Break – Should or Should Not

I am thinking about taking a break from writing. I just do not know if I should or not. Do you all really enjoy my craft and content I produce? I just feel like I need to put things into perspective and focus on working harder and to put my energy into making something of myself to produce greater results and not to put my writings in vain.

I need a lot of help in making my dreams a reality to become more successful in the big leagues in the entertainment, magazine and newspaper world. I am just so stuck to do it all on my own. I appreciate my supportive friends, family, readers, subscribers and fans of my work so far.

I sometimes get these feelings that rejection and not getting my big break in the world will ever happen for me. I am trying my hardest. It’s beginning to be overwhelming and exhausting. I just feel like crying and letting it all out. It is my dream to do it up big and be amongst the stars and bringing my fresh ideas to them and the directors and everything. Been working so hard for years now. I feel positive but at the same time I don’t. I am running out of options and don’t know what to do.

I wish I had the right connections to get me there. We all go through those times where we feel overwhelmed and some of us writers feel the pressures of writing content, but the issue is to be noticed in the world and how some bloggers and writers get their big break just from one post. It gets so tiring, but at the same time we love what we do.

Sometimes a person who just puts up a status on Twitter gets all the awareness and so many people retweeting and engaging into it. All it needs is one little status of 140 characters or less to get the world talking about it. I really do not know how these people do it. It just baffles me.

Sometimes when people say to follow your passion, sometimes that passion gets blown up in your face and you are in a limbo to figure out what it is. I know it is not easy to combat that and there is just so much someone needs to think about, but we must not lose sight of what we are talented with, what gift we want to give to ourselves, but the passion, talent, skills and things we are good at. We should never underestimate ourselves.

Last night, I had written this on my Facebook and the outpouring of love and support from my friends and family was incredible. I never knew how big of an impact I put on people’s lives until I wrote what I wrote about taking a break from writing. A lot of people love what I produce, they enjoy my posts and the support me 100%.

So, I won’t be taking a break from writing, because a lot of people count on me and besides, I wouldn’t want to quit anyway because I truly love it and I will not stop. I am absolutely blessed with this gift and I intend to use it to the fullest extent. Thanks to my family, friends and fans for reminding me of that.

MY VISION OF EMPOWERMENT OF SOCIAL MEDIA

Since social media has been a big trend on the internet and the world, We all have different outlooks and perspectives toward the vision of empowerment and communications that social media has that a lot of people are in, however my vision for social media and what I want to get out of it is to inspire, share my views/opinions and to educate others in the life experiences I have had and will continue to have. My vision is to raise awareness on certain issues that have me deeply interested in and to make a difference one person and many people at a time.

Some people create blogs, and become active on social media to see where things will take each and everyone of us and the purpose we have to get to that point. Still, I think the traditional word of mouth is something much more powerful, however with this new age in technology, with communication that has gotten a lot easier than years ago, information gets sent instantly on the other side of the world with just a click of a button. It is incredible where inventions, technology has led us to a new realm of today, tomorrow and the future.

Social media has different levels of how we look at it, some always want it to be fun with posting funny jokes, memes, and doing funny things all the time, some post inspirational quotes, some post photos of themselves and/or with friends/family, postings about so many things.

Advertising has become a lot easier with posting events, flyers, sharing it on twitter, on Facebook news feeds, walls, inviting people to pages, fan pages, groups, also making it easy to RSVP to events, people post up greeting cards, Photoshopping, and all kinds of interesting and neat things. Social media is a huge thing in the world right now and it is getting more popular as time goes by.

A few people have messaged me in the last few years and have asked me “What are you getting out of social media”? My answer is simple, to empower, to communicate, to keep in touch, to meet new people, inspire, and with the hopes of changing the world and the perspective on life with my words and to spread love, happiness, joy and smiles across the globe. Once someone posts something, it is out there for the world to see.

We all understand social media in different context and ways and what we define our vision of it is. Some use social media to communicate with family and friends, some use it for business/commercial use and as well as many other things. No matter how we look at social media, we must always be very careful of the information we transmit and not post anything and everything that goes on in our lives for the world to see.

The biggest vision of mine is to communicate to the world through my eyes, my words, and my thoughts to the world as much as possible.

Ellen The Beautiful Humanitarian

In our lives, we are always searching for someone who uplifts, makes a positive difference, who has a beautiful heart, who cares about us and goes above and beyond to help people who are less fortunate, who has gone through many struggles financially, health wise, also making people’s wishes come true no matter what age. We want to find that beautiful humanitarian who is so sincere and always says to people “Be Kind to One Another”, at the end of each show. That beautiful humanitarian is Ellen Degeneres.

Ellen Degeneres was born on January 26, 1958 in Metairie, Louisiana in the United States. She is married to Portia de Rossi.

This year of 2016 at the People’s choice awards she received the Humanitarian award. Plus over the years, she has received countless amounts of awards from all over the place. She truly deserves that and so much more. Ellen Degeneres possesses dedication, makes people smile, who doesn’t just make their day, but makes their whole life. She also has 12 days of giveaways on The Ellen Show before Christmas and surprises her audience and those at home watching with so many gifts. Also, she gives giveaways throughout the year, whether they are gift cards, to cd’s, book’s, and other things.

In the end, it is not about the giveaways that she gives to her audience and people at home, it is the principle behind it, it is being Generous and she really is DeGeneres, so her last name fits really well with who she is and her bubbly and beautiful personality that is felt by everyone. She is very respectful, she treats everyone equally, she never discriminates and that is truly something so great to see. She is a very thoughtful person who comes up with creative ways to give and you can tell she gives from her heart.

Another thing that she is very serious about is bullying and she raises awareness on preventing bullying from happening, she gives out this strong message to stop bullying and to help out individuals who have become victims to it. I personally have been a victim to bullies and I thank her for bringing this issue the attention that it desperately needs.

Ellen demonstrates excellence in people skills. Her monologues at the beginning of her show is done so tastefully without offending her audience and viewers at home. She has this beautiful personal touch with everyone. I remember when it was the first season of her show, rather her first episode. In my mind and in my heart, I just felt something that was absolutely wonderful. I said to my family and friends that her show will be so successful and I feel it. My friends and family always know that I am not wrong on what I feel, and my gut instinct. 2003 was the beginning and everything happened from there.

Many celebrities, celebrity music artists have visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show and will visit, also many sensations of talent, dancers, singers, people who were discovered online, also, she makes up great and interactive games that are so fun that you feel like you are playing from home just from watching. She introduces her DJ every episode, After each Monologue, she joins the audience with dancing and getting them moving and joining in on the fun, she also has the riff raff room where more people can join in.

Ellen is a beautiful person inside and out and she is inspiring a go-getter, and she is a lovely person whom I wish her all the best in her life with lots of energy, good health, happiness, and so much more. Ellen, I love you so much. More than words can possibly say. You are truly a humanitarian to me. Thank you so much, Ellen, not just for everything you do, but for being you and for shining all around the world.

Be Kind to One Another

Jeopardy Game Show No Longer Welcoming Canadian Contestants

Alex Trebek is a famous Canadian that everyone knows that he is the Host of The game show Jeopardy. What doesn’t make sense to me is why Canadian’s are going to be banned from being contestants on the show. Apparently it is due to online privacy laws that are changing. It is really unclear about other reasons why, but Canadians should boycott from watching the show altogether to teach them a lesson. With Alex Trebek being a Canadian from Sudbury, Ontario, how can they ban us? It baffles me.

It is like we do not even exist. Everyone who wants to participate no matter where they are from has the right to it. It is like discrimination. When I saw the headline on the news, I first said, oh maybe it is a mistake, its a hoax that someone came up with, but then I did a search and all these newspapers and news casts all posted the same thing around the same time. I just couldn’t believe what I was reading.

What I do not understand is that Jeopardy is aired here in Canada and everyone can have access to watch it, but we cannot participate now? I find that to not make any sense at all. I find that to be absolutely disgusting. Whoever comes up with these laws and rules are ridiculous and have too much time on their hands to make such terrible decisions.

Going off topic now, but even with Wheel of Fortune, No Canadians are allowed and when you see on television, they block a certain code saying “Open to US Residents Only” in a red sign blocking numbers that there are contests and you can win online and they choose a code and a winner has to confirm it, but only through the states.

If Canadians are not allowed, then do us all a favour, stop airing it in Canada. They have lost a fan and I will no longer watch these game shows if Canadians are no longer welcome to it.

We should petition this. It is absolutely unfair.

Jesus Christ is With Me – I am Blessed

On Sunday night’s I am regularly out with friends. We meet up at a coffee shop to talk and everything, and then we usually go see a movie at the theatre. together. I never like going to the movies alone. I always like to have somebody or people with me. This past Sunday, we decided to go out to watch Risen with Joseph Fiennes. He is Ralph Fiennes brother. Since Easter is on the way, we decided to see something religious to fit the holiday coming up. It was an incredible story of keeping the faith and believing in Jesus Christ the Messiah and King.

So a couple of hours later after the movie, I came out refreshed and rejuvenated and once again reminded of God and Jesus’ love, the sacrifices he made to make life eternal both physically and spiritually. I went to my car and started it up, and then I headed home. On the Highway when I was driving, I approached a black SUV and no joke, I ended up seeing a bumper sticker saying “Christ Is Risen”. I was just in shock when I saw that and then I said, God and Jesus is following me and keeping me safe at all times. It was absolutely uplifting and the sign was so timely.

I know some people do not believe in God, and Jesus and people always wonder why so many bad things are happening in this world and why God is not there to stop from terrible things happening. Well, God is testing everyone’s actions. Remember the teacher is always quiet during a test. Natural disasters are happening because some people spread so much hate, some people are selfish, disobey, destroy other humans, people do not let others live. As long as people continue to spread hatred and dishonesty, the more God will punish the world. If we do not take care of the world, take care of each other, be respectful and kind to one another, as well as being honest and forthright with each other, then the destruction of the world will continue. I truly believe in that. Do you?

God is there always and he is watching us and our every move and actions.

Gods love is blessing me through my spirit, mind, body, heart and soul. I feel his presence in me all the time. He is constantly within me. I should definitely be praying a lot more. I admit I have not done a lot of praying lately and that is wrong on so many levels. I should always pray to God, not only when I need something or to pray for others, but also to thank him for giving me this life to live. If he did not die, I or none of us would live. I have so much to be thankful to him for. The family I have, the friends, the unity of meeting people all across the world, virtually interacting with humans.

After seeing this movie, restored my faith a lot more than it was before. Joseph Fiennes did an incredible job in this movie, and so did the others. It is a must see if you are a true believer in Christ.

I truly believe that with God, he invented technology for us in the later dates in the future to easily communicate with the world. I am certain that this is what happened. I love you God, and I love you Jesus Christ. You are my savior and Thank you for everything.

Throwing Jabs At Someone Is Not A Good Thing

In life, when people get together; situations arise where people begin to discuss something and all of a sudden, someone begins to point fingers and always has to say something about someone and throw indirect jabs at the person who then everyone will find out who that person they are actually talking about.

There are people who always have to have the last word about somebody. Those people who throw jabs at other people think they are so perfect, they think that they are always right and the person who they are throwing jabs at is always wrong and doesn’t know anything. I’ve been through it where someone I know/knew always threw jabs at me every chance that person got. Never ever failed to throw them.

All because I do not do certain things in my life. I have my personal reasons why I do not and yet I still get shafted by someone who I thought was truly caring and true to me. I then for the first time spoke up and defended myself because I couldn’t take it anymore. All I said was, just because I do not do certain things in my life, doesn’t make me a lesser of a person who does. I am still waiting for an apology, but that will never happen with people who think they know everything, who think they are so perfect and make it okay to hurt people.

Each person has their own personal issues and struggles in life, people never need to owe an explanation to others of the way they handle their own lives, and what they do. You never need to explain yourself to anybody. You are your own person. Nobody has the right to throw jabs at you. See, right now I am not explaining what happened and what the jabs are for.

Never allow for it to happen. Those who throw jabs in your face and make you feel very low about yourself is not a true friend. Yes, it is good to say things to somebody’s face and be direct with whatever issue you have, but at the same time, the way it is said to you makes a big difference. Attacking people with words hurts more than anything else. It can leave a permanent scar and people or that certain someone will not forget it.

This happened not too long ago, and it still stings. Especially when the situation and the jabs thrown was not private. It was said amongst other people. Well, constantly. Admitting that the person was wrong about what they did, will never happen. I have lost hope on that.

Words hurt more than physical violence. Throwing jabs at someone is one of the main ones and reasons that can hurt. Everyone should focus on themselves and live their lives before they start running their mouths. Of course not to be fully selfish, but to be kind to others. Kindness matters always.

So throwing jabs at someone? Don’t do it. Not a great thing to do.

Have you been in this situation before?

How did you deal with it if you have?

Another Month is Flying by. Can’t Believe It

Can you believe the second month of the year is already almost over? February is always a short month, but each passing year seems to go by quicker than the last. I just remember it was like yesterday we were celebrating the new year 2016. Now we are almost in March. I am excited that spring is around the corner in a month from now. That is what gets me excited, but I wish there was a slow down button. I guess there is not.

With so many holidays during the fall. winter, spring months starting from Thanksgiving, Christmas all the way to the beginning of Easter. It becomes quite busy.

I remember a few days ago, I was sitting down with my friends and we were talking about this. I cannot believe that so many years have gone by. We have know each other for many years and we have gone through so many things together for the past 11-12 years. It is visible that we are all aging and I can feel it. Conversations get deeper and more mature, we discuss all kinds of things to do with society, how people are, and so much more.

As you get older, you begin to put so many things in perspective. I am happy I can share moments with friends and family. Unfortunately some people do not get to and that is just terrible. We are a group of friends that accept anybody into our circle. We made it a goal of ours to reach out to those who need someone to talk to, laugh, and have good times with. We feel very good when someone comes by and gets together with us. We are very welcoming to anybody who needs a boost.

Anyway, enjoy the rest of February. well, all the 8 days of it until we welcome March.

A Young Grocery Store Cashier “Green Thing”

This is a story I read on Facebook from a Person Debbie Donivan who posted this and it has been shared so many times. Puts things into perspective about people these days. It makes people think.

—————————————————————————————————————–

Checking out at the store, the young cashier suggested to the much older lady that she should bring her own grocery bags, because plastic bags are not good for the environment.
The woman apologized to the young girl and explained, “We didn’t have this ‘green thing’ back in my earlier days.”

The young clerk responded, “That’s our problem today. Your generation did not care enough to save our environment for future generations.”

The older lady said that she was right — our generation didn’t have the “green thing” in its day. The older lady went on to explain:
Back then, we returned milk bottles, soda bottles and beer bottles to the store. The store sent them back to the plant to be washed and sterilized and refilled, so it could use the same bottles over and over. So they really were recycled. But we didn’t have the “green thing” back in our day.

Grocery stores bagged our groceries in brown paper bags that we reused for numerous things. Most memorable besides household garbage bags was the use of brown paper bags as book covers for our school books. This was to ensure that public property (the books provided for our use by the school) was not defaced by our scribblings. Then we were able to personalize our books on the brown paper bags. But, too bad we didn’t do the “green thing” back then.
We walked upstairs because we didn’t have an escalator in every store and office building. We walked to the grocery store and didn’t climb into a 300-horsepower machine every time we had to go two blocks.

But she was right. We didn’t have the “green thing” in our day.

Back then we washed the baby’s diapers because we didn’t have the throw away kind. We dried clothes on a line, not in an energy-gobbling machine burning up 220 volts. Wind and solar power really did dry our clothes back in our early days. Kids got hand-me-down clothes from their brothers or sisters, not always brand-new clothing.

But that young lady is right; we didn’t have the “green thing” back in our day.
Back then we had one TV, or radio, in the house — not a TV in every room. And the TV had a small screen the size of a handkerchief (remember them?), not a screen the size of the state of Montana. In the kitchen we blended and stirred by hand because we didn’t have electric machines to do everything for us. When we packaged a fragile item to send in the mail, we used wadded up old newspapers to cushion it, not Styrofoam or plastic bubble wrap. Back then, we didn’t fire up an engine and burn gasoline just to cut the lawn. We used a push mower that ran on human power. We exercised by working so we didn’t need to go to a health club to run on treadmills that operate on electricity.

But she’s right; we didn’t have the “green thing” back then.

We drank from a fountain when we were thirsty instead of using a cup or a plastic bottle every time we had a drink of water. We refilled writing pens with ink instead of buying a new pen, and we replaced the razor blade in a  razor instead of throwing away the whole razor just because the blade got dull.

But we didn’t have the “green thing” back then.

Back then, people took the streetcar or a bus and kids rode their bikes to school or walked instead of turning their moms into a 24-hour taxi service in the family’s $45,000 SUV or van, which cost what a whole house did before the”green thing.” We had one electrical outlet in a room, not an entire bank of sockets to power a dozen appliances. And we didn’t need a computerized gadget to receive a signal beamed from satellites 23,000 miles out in space in order to find the nearest burger joint.

But isn’t it sad the current generation laments how wasteful we old folks were just because we didn’t have the “green thing” back then?

Please forward this on to another selfish old person who needs a lesson in conservation from a smart a** young person.

We don’t like being old in the first place, so it doesn’t take much to piss us off… Especially from a tattooed, multiple pierced smartass who can’t make change without the cash register telling them how much.

TRESemme Hair Products. Scalp & Hair renewal is awesome

Recently, I began to shop around for new shampoo products. I wanted to change my shampoo. I have a mild case of psoriasis of which I get a bad case of dandruff and it is visible. It made me feel disgusting all the time No matter what I have done, it never goes away. The dermatologist prescribed me all kinds of medicated shampoos and it just didn’t do the job that I wanted it to. I followed the given instructions, but it is not giving me the results that was needed. I ran out of options.

So, I decided to go shampoo shopping. I saw the TRESemme hair products. I decided to give it a go. I saw Hair & Scalp renewal which is a new collection. I bought 3 bottles. I used it for the first time almost a month ago, and it worked so beautifully. My hair feels new and fresh all the time, my scalp and dandruff went away after a couple of times of using it. I like the fact that it infused with tea tree extract and sunflower seed oil. It helps to nourish the scalp and give that soft and shiny hair look. They explained it as right as how it feels.

I am really impressed with the results of this shampoo. It is so gentle enough that you do not need the conditioner. I get out of the shower and blow dry my hair and my hair stands out so much. I got so many compliments with it. It is an inexpensive product which goes a long way.

I used to use so many different shampoos other than the medicated ones my doctor provided me, but I just could not get into them much. I am glad I made the switch. I no longer have dandruff, and my scalp is amazing. what a great feeling it is.

I finally found the one. I am in love.

Toxic Magazine Smells – So Bad for you

Ever look at magazines on store shelves, doctors offices, purchase them, get them in the mail or wherever else? Do you sometimes feel a terrible stench coming from the magazines? Those smells are toxic and not good to smell. Some magazines put samples of perfume/cologne. There are some smells I can handle, but magazine smells are the worst.

I have to always keep the magazines open, allow that smell to get out from it. It will take several days before I can enjoy them. It is just awful.

I remember a few times getting magazines in the mail and I had to complain to them. I open it up and the whiff of it, just turned me off and had to cancel my subscription. It was that bad. I think it is the type of paper or material used to make the magazines. Then the printing of them as well can be the cause of it, or the ink. They should invest on non-scented papers. It is ridiculous. I no longer became a subscriber because of it. I really liked it, but I couldn’t handle it.

I had called the magazine and explained to them my situation. They apparently are going to work on that, but lets see if they will. It was just so awful. I like the smell of novel books and all that opening it up, but magazines are a different story.

Nowadays, people read magazines online, get newsletters and everything to save on paper, but I still enjoy the traditional way of holding a magazine in my hand and changing the pages with my hands rather than use a mouse or a screen device.

Have you experienced terrible smells coming out from magazines?

Are you no longer opening up or subscribing to them like myself?

In this day in age, it is simple to find recipes online, how they are presented, explained, demonstrated to so many people on the internet. There are these 2 Facebook pages which I have liked are Tasty and Proper Tasty. They show quick vine clips on how to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also show how to make certain desserts. Some are so interesting, beautiful and of course tasty looking. I haven’t yet had time to attempt or even cook or bake them, but there are some on my list that I will actually do.

Some of the recipes take hours to do and takes a few seconds all the way to a few minutes to eat after all that preparation. Some of them are so time-consuming. I am sure nowadays, nobody has so much time as they used to, to create some of those dishes. Well, I cannot speak for everyone, but you know what I mean.

Those pages make me salivate and gets me hungry so quickly. I still look at them because I find them to be interesting, entertaining and gives me tips to cook and bake as I love to cook and back anyway. I will just do a few things differently and more efficiently and in my own way. I always say this. You don’t need to follow a whole recipe. You can always add, subtract and do whatever else you like to your own preference. I always say that to my friends and family members. In the end, it is you, your food, your kitchen and how you like to prepare things.

Have you seen those video clips from Tasty and Proper Tasty? Have you tried some of those recipes? I am sure some of your Facebook friends have posted, shared and showed them, or they miraculously show up on your newsfeed.

If you have not checked them out, simply get on Facebook to look at them.
I guarantee you will be hooked on them. They make it look so appetizing.

Have fun! 🙂

Movies Shot Out Of Los Angeles

As you may or may not know, I am a huge Movie fan. I love going to the cinema and watching movies at home too. I like the movies that are shot from Los Angeles, they show scenes of the Hills of California, the streets and seeing the Hollywood sign and everything. I especially enjoy it because I have been to Los Angeles and have seen the Entertainment capital of the world. Its amazing.

I know some people think Los Angeles is full of smog, crazy traffic and everything, but beneath that all, it happens to be a great city and I enjoy it. I know that its such a huge place, and every suburb of Los Angeles is scattered around and it takes a while to get to point A to B, but all in all, its a place I fell in love with. I cannot wait to go back in May of this year. Too bad all the shows and everything are on summer repeat schedule and I cannot go to any. If you have any ideas of what shows, games shows are available, please let me know or if you have connections to any studios, movie studios, please inform me. Thank you.

Anyway, going back to the movies. I think the most exciting part is viewing Los Angeles and where film comes alive is from Griffith Park, Hollywood Sign and seeing downtown LA Skyline from there. I went up there and I thought about the celebrities, the award shows, the film industry also looking at homes from there and wonder who lives where. Its incredible. I had this dream when I was a kid to be in the movies and everything, but it did not work out in my favour. I took drama class in high school and I used to do a great job acting. I don’t know why I did not pursue it any further.

It’s okay, I became a writer instead. Hopefully someday I can get into script and screen writing, get guidance from others on how to write them. Hopefully I can and will be able to pull it off. I am sure I will. I have some ideas for new movies that will be a hit at the box office. I just need those connections and I am all set. Nowadays, its who you know, not what you know in any business, and as well as the movie and entertainment industry.

Are you a fan of movies, how they are made and do you get excited about it all?
