Talin’s Cinnamon/Lemon Zest French Toast

I came up with a new recipe… Its so tasty!

I am quite impressed…

1. First you take 2-3 eggs

2. crack the eggs and put it in a large soup bowl

3. take about a tablespoon full of cinnamon and put it with the eggs

4. take one lemon, wash the lemon skin

5. take a zester and zest the lemon’s yellow skin

6. put the zest right into the eggs/cinnamon

7. mix them all up really well

8. take 2 or 3 toasts and soak it in the eggs

9. Put a pan and put extra virgin olive oil and cook…

and you have A LEMON ZEST CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST 🙂
