What Have You Done To Improve Your Life Today To The More Positive Side?

As you may or may not know, in a lot of my blog posts you see Positive, Happy, Optimistic Words in them many times. These are important to me to address to everyone.  Life can be beautiful only if you make it beautiful. What have you done to make life better for you today? What positive, happy and optimistic thing did you do today? Whether its physical activity, doing productive and happy things, thinking positive thoughts, reflecting on your life. Do you know how incredibly awesome you really are? Do things that will improve your life for the better, do things that make you happy and well. Don’t focus on negativity and things that will make you frown. Everyday take time out of your life to reflect and to improve your positivity. Surround yourself with happiness. You are so awesome and so wonderful, you have no idea. I may not know you, but you are awesome in your own special way. What have you done today?

What have you improved on? I know sometimes things cannot be done overnight, but it can. You are in charge of your own happiness and your choice to be happy. Do something That will benefit you. Enjoy you, and being you. There is nothing more beautiful than that. You create your own destiny to happiness and positivity. The ball is in your court. It’s up to you to take a shot at it, but you will never know until you try. You won’t be disappointed. Do yourself a favour and do it! All the best to you!

  1. For me, it was beginning transition that really helped. Just coming to the realization I was not a guy lifted my spirits. Living as the real me is what really improved my outlook in general and resurrected my positive side.

    • I have many trans friends and am aware of the impact that something like this can have on somebody. If you don’t object I would like to follow your blog x

  2. It’s funny that you speak of this. I have been going through a change in my life. I was a person who didn’t have confidence in myself and didn’t learn to love me.

I do things in life now that I always said I would but didn’t have the confidence to do. I learned how to sew, I went to a firing range and started blogging. I have found by meeting new people (so to speak) from social networking and blogging that it’s really opened me up and I am so thankful for it. I am a much happier person for it.

Also I must thank you for sharing your life with the world and always inspiring in others to be the best that they can be and appreciating all the good that life had to offer 🙂

  3. This is a question that I ask myself every day; having a disability means that certain things can’t be improved upon – merely accepted and tolerated (as in, I refuse to feel sorry for myself just because my body decided it was going to be a bit rubbish).

Lately though, I have been trying to go out more and walk further – both with and without my stick depending on how far I have to go. I’ve taken my eating disorder by the throat and am eating better than I was – I even cook occasionally now (which tends to put me off eating the food, but I manage eventually). I have a lot of demons to fight, but I will win.

Because of my autism I am afraid of social situations and meeting new people in case I say something or do something wrong, so I have become a bit of a recluse. This Thursday, however, I am attending my first WI meeting with a view to joining, as I have many skills that would benefit my local community which I hide away at home, and I’m looking for friends!

  4. Martha gave a good answer to that question. It is good to feel good about one’s self and have a positive outlook on life. I have a question. Would you be so positive toward life if evrything you have right now was taken away from you? Would you be so positive when down on your uppers with nothing in the world and nobody caring? We all have problems in our lives, me included, and I always ask myself that same question. I am able to feel positive because of my faith in Christ. Others will have different reasons I’m sure.

  5. “Wait…” is my current favorite word. “Wait, is the situation so bad against me?” “Wait, did he/she so so bad things?” “Wait, is there any reason I should get so angry?”…”Wait” is the word from God.

  6. I think it isn’t really natural to always be happy. We have to be willing to feel all our emotions when appropriate. And if we don’t, how can we be there for others in their difficult times. But what I do try to do is stay goal-oriented. I don’t try to be happy all the time. But I try to focus on what I can do to achieve my goals and also to accept the things that are not in my power to change.

  7. I think for me, improving my life means waking up early every morning and trying to stay on task with all the things I want to accomplish each day. And trying not to stray and procrastinate too often.
